Cabin Air Filters/Engine Air Filters:

  • FREE standard shipping in orders equal or over $20 for Canada and United States customers. We charge a flat fee of $5.95 for orders less than $20.
  • FREE Intl' standard shipping in orders equal or over $200 CAD for international customers. We charge a flat fee of $27.95 CAD for orders less than $200.

Online Exclusive Auto Accessories:

  • FREE standard shipping takes about 15-28 days for Canada and Unites States customers. No refund or exchange on online-exclusive products. Please confirm the product detail before placing an order.

Condensers/Evaporators:

  • FREE standard shipping in orders equal or over $120 for Canada customers. We charge a flat fee of $12.99 for orders less than $120.

Receiver’s Drier/Expansion valves:

  • FREE standard shipping in orders equal or over $20 for Canada customers. We charge a flat fee of $9.99 for orders less than $20.

Standard shipment within US and Canada will usually take 2-5 business days, standard international shipment will take 7-12 business days.

  • If you wish to have express shipping service, please contact directly to support@freshenopt.ca. Please note it may need the extra fee.
  • If you cannot find your country on our shipping lists, please contact directly to support@freshenopt.ca. FreshenOPT customer representative will solve the problem for you immediately.

If order pass through customs, FreshenOPT Inc. is not liable for any additional costs it may arise.

Shipment within Canada, confirmation will be sent one business day after actual ship-out time. Shipment confirmation for all other countries will be sent same day when ship out.

  1. Exchange/Return

Thank you for shopping at freshenopt.ca. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're always here to help.

Our products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

- If the User paid by credit/debit card, FreshenOPT shall refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days once receiving the refund product.

- If the User paid via PayPal, FreshenOPT shall refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 workdays.

No returns on A/C parts or special order items.

Exchange for Cabin Air Filter

If you find you receive a wrong model of cabin air filter or a damaged product, please try not to open the plastic wrap and contact us directly at support@freshenopt.ca or message us via the right-bottom corner instant message system. FreshenOPT will process exchange as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a exchange/return, please make sure that:

- The product was purchased in the last 30 days

- The product is in its original packaging

- The product isn't used or damaged

- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

- You obtained a Return Number (RN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Number (RN), contact us:

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to: Unit 14 - 85 Ferrier St, Markham, Ontario, L3R 3K6

Return shipping charges

FreshenOPT will also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error (such as damaged or defective products or different models from your order). For other return reasons, returned shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from freshenopt.ca.

Return shipping label

Once your return request been authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable Import Fees Deposit. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items are all final sale which cannot be refunded or exchanged. Discount code cannot be applied to sale items.
